Benefits of our Paver Clean and Seal Service

Remove Whiting or Haze on Pavers

Removing the old sealer is essential for addressing trapped moisture, stains, efflorescence, and other potential issues that may have developed underneath. By tackling these problems beforehand, we can ensure the longevity and breathability of our new sealer, ultimately enhancing its effectiveness and protecting your pavers for years to come.

Paver whiting and haze removal

Remove Efflorescence from Pavers

White haze may appear on the surface of your pavers. This is known as efflorescence. It may appear randomly or in certain areas and be more pronounced on dark-colored pavers. The white haze may give the impression that the paver color is fading. When the pavers are wet, the white haze disappears, and the color of the pavers is enhanced; however, when they dry, the white haze reappears.

There is no reason to be concerned that your pavers are damaged or defective as they undergo a natural process. This condition occurs in all cement-based products and many other paving products. We have the experience and state of the art equipment to remove the efflorescence from your pavers.
